Return to Form

Hands-only Japanese facial sculpting focused on structural balance, symmetry, and natural restoration.

Form is a facial sculpting practice dedicated to restoring balance beneath the surface of the face.

The work focuses on structure – bones, muscles, fascia, and and holding patterns – allowing lift, definition, and ease to emerge naturally over time.

Form by Tina Tan

The face is treated as an integrated system. Work is guided by anatomy, balance, and long-term structural integrity, not isolated features or quick fixes.

Structural, not superficial

No tools. No machines. No injections. Just trained hands working with precision and intention, guided by your unique facial structure and needs.

Hands-Only

Sessions support the face’s innate ability to rebalance when given the right conditions, allowing changes to unfold gradually and sustainably.

Restorative

The Experience

Each Form session is tailored to your facial structure, patterns of tension, and goals.

Clients often notice:

  • Improved facial balance and symmetry

  • Reduced puffiness and holding patterns

  • Clearer contours and jawline definition

  • A sense of ease and grounding beyond the face

Results build with consistency, not force.

FAQs

  • Facial sculpting is beneficial for most clients. However, we do not perform treatments on individuals with recent facial surgery, active infections, or certain blood disorders. A screening checklist of contraindications will be shared in advance to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

  • The work can be intense in areas of chronic tightness, but pressure is always adjusted to your comfort.

  • Some change is immediate; most results are cumulative across a package. Expect progressive shifts across 3–6 sessions.

  • A single session offers noticeable lightness and lift, but sustainable change is achieved across a structured journey. We’ll discuss this at your first trial.

  • Facial sculpting sessions are currently hands-only, allowing the work to remain focused, precise, and responsive to your facial structure.

Additional skin rituals may be introduced selectively in future, but they are not essential to the effectiveness of the treatment.
