Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation
All appointments are booked via request and manually confirmed, subject to therapy room availability.
A booking is only confirmed once availability is verified and payment is received.
We aim to respond to booking requests within 24 hours.
If your requested slot is unavailable, alternative timings will be offered.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure your appointment.
Payment instructions will be shared once availability is confirmed.
Appointments are not held without payment.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as the room is time-based and cannot be extended.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
Packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.
Health & Safety
Clients must complete an Intake & Consent Form prior to their first session.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if contraindications are present.
