Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation
Sessions are by request and confirmed manually, subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once availability is verified and a deposit is received.
I aim to respond within 24 hours. If your requested timing isn’t available, alternative options will be offered.
Payment
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Payment details will be shared once availability is confirmed.
Appointments are not held without a deposit.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as the room cannot be extended.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Health & Safety
Clients are required to complete an intake and consent form prior to their first session.
Treatment may be refused or modified if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
