Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation

All appointments are booked via request and manually confirmed, subject to therapy room availability.

  • A booking is only confirmed once availability is verified and payment is received.

  • We aim to respond to booking requests within 24 hours.

  • If your requested slot is unavailable, alternative timings will be offered.


Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your appointment.

  • Payment instructions will be shared once availability is confirmed.

  • Appointments are not held without payment.


Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as the room is time-based and cannot be extended.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

  • Packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.


Health & Safety

  • Clients must complete an Intake & Consent Form prior to their first session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if contraindications are present.
